The updated training material, now live on the SAF website, includes three new topics. We list these below and the existing modules they can be found under:
- FCA rules for the sale of GAP insurance – Regulatory Knowledge - Module 3 FCA interim permission and authorisation.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) – Regulatory Knowledge - Module 5 Pre-contractual requirements including adequate explanations.
- Rights to reject, repair and replace (Consumer Rights Act 2015) – Regulatory Knowledge – Module 6 Post-contract information and rights.
We encourage SAF users to study the new material before they take their first, or next, SAF test since new questions covering the above topics will go live shortly.
