In order to enter, dealerships should be working towards achieving industry recognized qualifications and promoting opportunities for personal development to all staff.
The award is applicable to employee and management training in sales and aftersales, and can include the promotion of diversity and inclusion programmes, leadership and mentoring schemes as well as innovative training initiatives.
