The factsheets were produced in partnership with motor finance providers and retailers and provide a stepping-stone for new to industry staff to go on to take the SAF Expert test. They have also been reviewed and endorsed by The London Institute of Banking & Finance who approve of the standard and quality of the learning.
The material is designed to be easy to understand, providing the key concepts of motor finance, protecting customers and treating them fairly and the six most commonly used motor finance products used to buy or lease vehicles. Managers can use the factsheets as part of their new staff induction packs.
