The Award is open to all franchised and independent vehicle retailers. It recognises a commitment to improving skills and development for retailers, leading to outstanding performance and professionalism.
The inaugural award was won by Sytner Group due to the huge investment the retailer has made in technical apprentices throughout 2018. Sytner recruited 128% more apprentices compared to 2017 and introduced skills development initiatives to raise standards of excellence, which also led to improvements in colleague satisfaction. Many congratulations to Sytner who have held SAF Approved status for a number of years.
