The changes will include:
- A new section on 'Understanding the automotive finance environment'
- Updates to FCA workstreams including the work the regulator conducted on motor finance.
- Requirements to disclose regulatory status to customers.
- A summary of the Senior Managers & Certification Regime and how this has replaced the Approved Persons regime.
- Digital onboarding - a new section on click to sign/e-signatures used to onboard customers.
- Financial Ombudsman Service - minor updates.
Early in the New Year we will be sending all users information sign-posting where the changes to the material are being made.
